Opening Times - Gates will be open from 12 noon Thursday 16th September, gates will close at 4pm Monday 20th September
Gate Fees - £20 per adult for the weekend, concessions and 12 - 16yr olds are £10.Camping fee is £5 per unit. Please note that junior drivers need to request a signing on pass at the entrance gate. Also campers and caravans will be randomly checked for stowaways, and anyone found concealing people will be asked to leave.
Arrivals and Camping - On arrival, you will be directed by officials as where to camp. Please be patient as we have rules to adhere to and we need your co-operation to make it all run smoothly. We will not tolerate anyone either ignoring or being abusive or aggressive towards officials. Anyone doing so may be asked to leave. Pup tents (2 man) will be allowed alongside campers, however other all tents will be required to use the designated area.
Scrutineering and Signing on - Scutineering will be from 3pm - 9pm on Friday and from 7 - 8.15am on Saturday. Signing on will be from 3pm - 9.30pm Friday and from 7 - 8.20 on Saturday. All signing on for Sunday will be done on Saturday pm. Please note day licences will not be issued at this meeting
General
- There will be a disco and a live band Saturday night - The pit area will be closed from 9pm - 6am with no exceptions - Due to a
village in close proximity, all loud music must be reduced to a sensible level at 10pm and all noise, including generators must cease at midnight - No open fires - No fireworks
- Medic cover is available all weekend - Random breath tests for signed on drivers will be carried out. Please do not drink and drive as anyone over the limit will not be allowed to race
